Lindsey Echevarria, MS, LMFT
You are not “too much.” Your emotions are not “too big.” Your struggles, wounds, and patterns make sense in the context of your story—and you deserve a space where you can explore them with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.
I’m Lindsey, a psychotherapist who takes an integrative, holistic, and down-to-earth approach to healing. My work is deeply influenced by psychodynamic and humanistic therapy, with a strong foundation in systems theory. This means I help you explore the deeper layers of your emotions, relationships, and experiences while also looking at the bigger picture—how your environment, family dynamics, and personal history have shaped who you are.
Beyond traditional therapy, I also integrate mind-body healing, psychological astrology, and alternative modalities for those drawn to a more holistic path. Healing is not one-size-fits-all, and I believe in creating a space where we can blend deep self-exploration with practical tools to help you move forward in a way that feels aligned and empowering.

Who Do I Work With?
✨ Women (18+) navigating self-esteem, identity struggles, anxiety, people-pleasing, and relational wounds.
✨ Neurodivergent adults seeking support for challenges related to emotional regulation, social dynamics, and self-acceptance.
✨ Couples seeking healthier communication, emotional connection, and balance in their power dynamics.
Treatment Approaches
Primary Psychotherapeutic Approaches:
🔹 Psychodynamic Therapy – Exploring unconscious patterns, early experiences, and how past relationships shape present dynamics.
🔹 Humanistic Therapy – Focusing on self-exploration, personal growth, and deep emotional understanding.
🔹 Systems Theory – Understanding how family dynamics, relational patterns, and larger social structures impact well-being.
Integrative Modalities I Use:
🌿 Mind-Body Healing – Recognizing the connection between emotional and physical health.
🌿 Psychological Astrology – Using astrology as a tool for self-reflection and deeper understanding of personal patterns.
🌿 Energy & Spiritual Healing – Incorporating Reiki, sound healing, and 13th Octave LaHoChi for clients interested in alternative healing.
Clinical Techniques I Incorporate:
✔️ Identification & exploration of emotions
✔️ Relationship & interpersonal pattern analysis
✔️ Family dynamics & coping strategies
✔️ Supportive reflection & structured problem-solving
✔️ Cognitive restructuring (CBT elements)
✔️ DBT skills for emotional regulation
✔️ Psychoeducation – Teaching clients about emotions, attachment, and relational dynamics
✔️ Communication skills training
✔️ Behavioral activation – Helping clients take aligned action steps
In our work together, you can expect:
🌿 Deep, insightful conversations that help you uncover patterns and shift your perspective.
🌿 A trauma-informed, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome.
🌿 Practical strategies to strengthen boundaries, improve relationships, and cultivate self-trust.
🌿 Optional integration of astrology, energy healing, or spiritual exploration for those interested.
If you’re ready to connect with yourself on a deeper level and step into the next phase of your journey, I’d love to walk alongside you.
